You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the account page. Please note that this only cancels your subscription's auto-renewal. Canceling subscriptions do not automatically process a refund, we can only refund subscriptions within the first week of purchase.
Account upgrade is done from your dashboard. Log in then you will see an upgrade button and follow the prompted steps.
You can use M-PESA, visa card or a pesapal account to pay for the upgrade.
